Iowa’s Area Education Agencies are helping district administrators learn and implement Iowa Standards for School Leaders (ISSL 2021). The AEA system has put together three options to choose from to best match a district’s learning needs. By partnering as a system, the AEAs establish common outcomes, resources, and learning opportunities for school leaders around the new school leader standards.
